Why I Became a Realtor
After managing residential appraisals for 13+ years, I saw firsthand how property values, construction quality, and market knowledge impact buyers' and sellers' success. I watched deals fall apart because agents missed construction defects I would have caught. I saw buyers overpay because no one understood comparable sales analysis the way appraisers do.
I earned my MBA in Applied Management to deepen my strategic thinking, then became a Realtor to work directly with clients during their most important financial decisions. My goal: bring appraisal-level expertise to every transaction so clients never overpay, never miss critical defects, and always make informed decisions backed by data, not guesswork.
I was licensed in Ohio in 2021 and have served clients across Springfield, Dayton, Columbus, and surrounding communities ever since. What started as a career transition became a calling.
